Foodhall Manager – Multifaceted Hospitality Venue Location: South East London Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus About the Role: Join a lively Peckham destination as a Foodhall Manager, overseeing revenue and enhancing customer experiences in their dynamic ground-floor food hall. Work closely with the Marketing & Events Manager, reporting to the General Manager and company directors. Key Responsibilities: Operator Performance: Collaborate with operators for optimal service and revenue. There are 5 vendors Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional experiences in communal areas. Space Management: Build an efficient team and processes for space management. Maximised Footfall: Analyse sales data, identify growth opportunities, and execute successful campaigns with the Marketing & Events Manager. Who We're Looking For: Dynamic, business-minded individual with 3+ years of managing busy venues – ideally food hall but a multifaceted hospitality venue experience is also desirable. Commercial Awareness: Understands restaurant operations, financials, and profitability. Sets and achieves sales and revenue targets. Experience in cost control and menu pricing. Familiar with trends in the UK hospitality industry. Leadership & Management: Self-starting and motivated. Thrive in a startup environment. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
