360 Commercial Environments Limited are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor with a consultancy / cost management background as they expand. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit, team of Directors who work across an array of mixed use, schools, colleges, commercial, Healthcare, and NHS projects. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the Director and shall be responsible for delivering your own projects (from inception to completion) with support from the Directors within the team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor · Quantity Surveying degree, or equivalent, or MRICS· A successful track record of delivering projects independently· Able to commute to Reading area· Good pre and post contract knowledge· Able to work as part of a small team· Consultancy / Cost Management background In Return? · £50,000 - £55,000· 28 days annual leave· Pension· Career development - route to Director· Avoid the London commute· Mobile phone/home internet contribution· Paternity and parental leave.
