Are you interested in joining a dynamic and growing team representing innovative products in the vision care industry? This role will be responsible for representing the Johnson & Johnson Vision organization by interacting with established customers and fostering strategic partnerships in the retail, GPO, & internet channels. Key Responsibilities: Oversee JJVC's Business with assigned head office accounts (National Retailers, GPO's, Internet and Western based regional retail accounts) ensuring the attainment of sales targets and profitability objectives. Conduct effective negotiations with customers to achieve mutual business objectives: Alignment on trade investments including customer programs & promotions, educational events and staff training, sponsorship of conference events. Implement necessary business initiatives, including price changes. Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to build joint business plans and agreements that align with company strategies and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Work in partnership with Health Care Compliance & Legal to ensure compliance for all customer programs and agreements.
