Key Internal Relationships Reports to Subsidiary Controller Works directly with the head office and operations team Key Responsibilities Payroll Collection of all automated and manual timecards for all hourly employees including the division and local offices. Follow up on any missing timecards or information. Review and correction of all errors within the Heavy Job files Exporting of all Heavy Job files into JDE Oversee payroll processing for all hourly employees across BC and the Yukon Ensures regular review of hourly payroll processes to ensure compliance with union agreements and other regulatory bodies Main contact for Area and Divisional Offices for any concerns Identify process improvement initiatives, and if approved, follows through with documentation and implementation Implementation of quality control measures Monthly reconciliation of payroll Assist Auditors with.
