Whether it's working with national brands or local concepts, we consistently produce high-end designs that seamlessly blend with the fast-paced airport environment, all while carefully managing project budgets. Project Manager/Interior Architect - Job Description Prerequisites Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent 7 years’ experience in interior projects including retail & food and beverage. Airport experience a plus. Qualifications Professional accreditation not required Outstanding communication/collaboration and time management skills Ability to lead a team of internal staff and consultants on deadline-driven projects Proficient in REVIT/ CAD, 3d visualization software such as SketchUp a plus Proficient in basic enterprise software (Microsoft Office Suite) Job Duties and Responsibilities Manages high volume / small to medium projects Coordinates with Project Coordinators and Senior Project Coordinators in the development of projects. Serves as primary point of contact for clients and consultants Manages small project teams Manages project design goals, code & zoning reviews, and budgets Contributes to the development of project fees and schedules Contributes to the production of deliverables in Revit/CAD Coordinates with Studio Leaders for project staffing & QA/QC Keeps the Partner-in-Charge informed about project progress, risks, and challenges Works with Partner-in-Charge to manage project fees (tallies) and staff utilization Powered by JazzHR
