There is now an exciting opportunity with one of our clients who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client is a well known Tier 1 contractor that specialises in intricate Cut & Carve projects as well as large RC Frame town centre re-developments. The priority project at the moment is a large refurbishment project in central London. It is a grade listed building being converted into High End residences and commercial units. There is now an exciting opportunity with one of our clients who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client is a well known Tier 1 contractor that specialises in intricate Cut & Carve projects as well as large RC Frame town centre re-developments. The priority project at the moment is a large refurbishment project in central London. It is a grade listed building being converted into High End residences and commercial units. They are looking for someone high end Design & Build experience. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering the right candidate an excellent opportunity to contribute to and thrive within this dynamic work environment. Skills and Requirements: BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent2+ years’ experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of contractor Ideally previous experience working within the sectors listed above. Quantity surveying experience within other sectors will also be considered. Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
