You'll lead and schedule our programmes of work, managing our inhouse teams (who are shortly moving back inhouse) as well as contractors to deliver high quality and compliant homes for our customers, delivering on our customer promise. If you? re an expert in gas and electrical compliance and looking for a fantastic new role with a great employer, this is the perfect role for you. Key priorities as Maintenance Manager? Gas and Electrical Compliance Developing and leading our Gas and Electrical teams to deliver right first-time, high-quality servicing, repairs and installations on our properties (responsive and voids). Managing teams, subcontractor and supplier performance, delivering against legislative requirements, KPI? s and ensuring commercially driven and compliant services. As responsible person, ensuring duty holders fulfil their duties with Gas Safe and Electrical registrations and legislation. Providing accurate forecasting and budgetary control to ensure your team are working commercially and have a genuine understanding of how they provide cost effective and value for money services. Data management, reporting and using your creative spark (alongside your team) to drive service innovation and continuous improvement.
