The Senior Manager, Product Onboarding Enablement is primarily accountable for improving the customer and employee experience through the design, development and delivery of strategic initiatives. This includes working with partners across the Canadian Bank to leverage a variety of insights to identify our greatest opportunities and seek innovative ways to address them. In this role, you will: Lead and drive a customer-focused culture across the team to deepen customer relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge Manage a continuous prioritization framework to ensure focus is always being placed on our highest priority initiatives for customers and employees Obtain external trending, insights and best practices, and works with internal partners to obtain customer and employee insights to inform and validate prioritization Lead and manage idea validation, cost/benefit analysis, and business case development through to approval of funding for priority initiatives Lead and manage design, development and implementation of priority initiatives Develop and strengthen relationships within and outside the Retail Customer Value team to drive partnerships to ensure successful implementation Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
