We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. Position Overview: As the Fine Dining Restaurant Operations Manager , you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing all facets of our establishment's daily operations. Your role will encompass ensuring impeccable service, managing a skilled team, maintaining a pristine environment, and optimizing the overall guest experience. Oversee day-to-day operations: Ensure and uphold the restaurant's cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep, creating an inviting environment for guests. Team development: Recruit, train, and cultivate a team of proficient servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
