Job Title: Business Analyst (Investments) Contract Type: Permanent Location: London Working style: Hybrid 50 home/office based Closing date: 12th February 2024 With RLAM's expansion comes the need to help the business support new capabilities, investment strategies and propositions to meet customer needs. Working with the Front Office, Investment, and other teams across the business, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join the RLAM Change team on a permanent basis in London. As an experienced Business Analyst, you will undertake analysis projects as required to support the business in supporting new investments, funds, and complex structures. This role incorporates experience of business, systems and data related change, analysis supporting the creation of a CLO capability, development of a new Private Assets operating model for RLAM, and design of Real Estate operating models. In addition, you will lead business wide Impact backssments for new fund concepts and propositions, which will involve backssing all elements of the fund support and asset management lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and work with both new and complex business areas. About the role stylemargin: bottom:11.0px:Detailed business and systems requirements analysis and documentation.Implementation of end to end business and technical operating models.Undertakes modelling for significant projects or programmes of change, paying particular focus to people, process, technology, risks, and controls.Engagement, reviews and testing with new service providers, modern technology, and architecture.Pro: active resolution of issues, designing solutions and presenting recommendations to senior business stakeholders. About you : Experienced Business Analyst with deep understanding of the asset management life cycle. End: to: end operating model design for complex structures and initiatives (BPMN).
