Shifts are from 20:00 till 08:00 up to 7 shifts a week Rate starting from £11.44 PAYE – £ 14.49 Umbrella Career progression available. Holiday Allowance Training & Development Requirements as a Children’s Home Waking Night Support Worker. Previous experience working within a children’s home / challenging children. Strong verbal and written communication skills PMVA Training desirable. Great passion and empathy for challenging needs. Enhanced adult's and child’s DBS on the update service Responsibilities as a Children’s Home Waking Night Support Worker. To support the children’s physical and emotional well-being. To assist in the implementation of care plans Maintain professional contact with parents or guardians. Ensure all medical and health support is followed adequately.
