In the Administration role, you will be: Providing administration duties including creating and formatting letters, scanning, preparing and updating documentation, handling confidential electronic data, and providing system support Responding to and following up enquiries, offering basic advice on service queries Providing an excellent, innovative, and customer-focused service Assisting with occasional Reception cover and other administration duties as and when required To be successful, you will need: Previous administration experience Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skillinteractioncellent organisational and multitasking skills This is a permanent part-time position with a commitment of 22.5 hours per week. The working hours can be flexible based on mutual agreement. You'll be starting on an hourly rate of £11.02 plus benefits, working from offices in the county of Conwy.
