Assistant Wine Director – High End Restaurant Group Location: Maimi, FLSalary: 85,000 to 90,000 DOE The Company: I am working with an iconic restaurant group; this restaurant offers the most exquisite cuisine with inventive Asian influences. We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Wine Director to join the team. The Assistant Wine Director’s responsibilities: Assist the Wine Director on the selections on the wines used in the restaurant Work closely with the chef paring food items with wines Assist the Wine Director with training employees on wine and beverage service and knowledge Maintain a high level of service and Michelin star standards by educating the staff of French service technique, culture and developing personalized customer service Ideal Assistant Wine Director candidate: You have 2-3 experience in a similar role this position will grow as a wine Director within 6-8 months based on performance Previous experience in a Michelin setting is preferred You have a good understanding of computers MS Word, Excel along with Accounting, POS, Reservation Software You are a people person who has great communication skills You are always focused on giving the customer a great experience You are a hospitality and operations expert in the luxury food and beverage industry About COREcruitment COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
