Job Summary Be a part of a team of Behavior Interventionists that work with our clients through a tailored program that addresses specific strengths and weaknesses in the areas of academics, communication, play, self-help, and social interactions Utilize a variety of ABA techniques and strategies to work with clients in the school and home setting Teach clients language and communication skills through behavior intervention/ modification and positive reinforcement techniques Collect, record, and maintain data on each client's progress Attending monthly team meetings Receive ongoing training Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree or Higher Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Undergraduate coursework Related Behavior Interventionist work experience Perks: Medical, Dental, and Vision 401 (k) Program Vacation and Sick time accrual Paid Holidays Bonuses and Merit raises Unlimited employee referral bonuses On-going training Annual Social Gatherings with ABC Employees Access to ABA training NCI Training Mileage Reimbursement Paid Drive-Time Supportive Mentorship Career Advancement Pay Range: $19.50-$25.50 Depending on Education and Experience.
