Key Responsibilities: Oversee day: to: day on: site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Implement and monitor construction methodologies to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to resolve technical issues and challenges. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among the project team. Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and resolve engineering issues as they arise. Keep accurate records of construction progress, materials used, and any variations to the original plans. Collaborate with surveyors, designers, and other professionals to achieve project objectives Qualifications 1 Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2 Proven experience as a Site Engineer on motorway or large infrastructure projects. 3 Familiarity with relevant design software and construction methodologies. 4 Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices. 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
