Platinum Project Partners is delighted to assist in recruiting ambitious and highly motivated Cost Managers and Senior Cost Managers with expertise in the Real Estate sector. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work with a growing global Construction Consultancy delivering projects across the entire lifecycle. In this role youll primarily work with private sector clients managing a multitude of projects within the Real Estate portfolio including commercial, residential, hospitality, education, and mixed-use projects. Experience & Qualifications: Professional Experience : Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager or Cost Consultant in the Real Estate sector. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the intricacies of Real Estate projects including preparing feasibility studies, detailed cost estimating and cost planning, pre and post contract cost management. Educational Background: Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally MRICS qualified. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for building strong client relationships and facilitating successful project outcomes.
