The Data Operations Manager is a key role ensuring our asset management clients receive optimal value from the industry's leading data management service for financial intermediary distribution. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the financial intermediary landscape (broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, dual-registered advisors, etc.), recordkeeping and distribution platforms (transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, custodial, etc.), and the reporting needs of asset management companies that distribute products through financial intermediaries. The Data Operations Manager must possess strong operational and communication skills to lead 40+ associates within our internal data operations team. Additionally, the Data Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in industry level discussions to identify best practices and continuously evolve the service to meet the needs of our clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work-related experience Must have experience in Financial Industry - specifically Asset Management A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
