Managing non-standard products, workforce planning, and compliance. Coordinating training, OHS audits, and continuous improvements. Compliance and Safety Management: Ensuring process compliance and overseeing safety audits. Addressing target shortfalls, coordinating action plans. Supporting problem-solving and system management. Efficiency and System Oversight: Coordinating follow-up meetings and continuous improvements in an unionized environment. Assisting in product sequencing and resolving system anomalies.
