Job Title: Java with Hadoop Developer Location: Toronto, ON Key Responsibilities: Interpret and understand design and be able to independently prepare high level and detailed technical design documents for medium to big enhancements developments. Think out of the box to recreate production issues and provide quick turnaround for resolving issues. Analyze the business requirements enhancements. Articulate functional and technical requirements to share with team and/or client teams. Visualize the requirements and prepare as needed. Participate in Unit test scenario plans. Required Skills: Minimum 4 Years of experience as Java Developer. Must have solid understanding in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, Batch DI etc. Good experience with Hadoop and Spark. Hands on SQL and Linux scripting experience. Nice to have JMS and or MQ. Knowledge on micro services and cloud deployments.
