JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Regional Sales Manager Frames, covering London and South East, you are ultimately responsible for the delivery of the targeted volume of sales of your 8 reports. This is to be achieved through: the effective distribution of branded eyewear, maintaining high levels of productivity through the effective coaching and development of your team, and superior customer management. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: : Setting and communicating sales targets through effective bottom up planning processes in conjunction with the Head of Independents and Business Brand Management teams;Recruiting and training sales personnel.Developing sales strategies to deliver your regional plan;Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets;Managing employee relations issues in conjunction with the HR department;Reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to the Commercial Director Frames a review of performance and forthcoming plans;Developing relationships.
