Exclusive role with the flexibility to be based fully remotely: a rarity not to be missed Long established healthcare company with a global presence has a stellar opportunity for a talented Senior In-house Patent Attorney on a fully remote basis. Preferably dual qualified with several years’ experience spread across the biotechnology and chemistry space including antibodies, vaccines, diagnostics and/or biodevices, you’ll take up a pivotal role within the European arm of their international patent team. Commercially focused, your brief will be to create value by identifying and protecting both patentable subject matter and trade secrets with your succinct strategic advice. In addition, you will expertly manage the European patent portfolio, fully utilising your drafting, filing, and prosecution skillset, with scope for opposition work as and when experience and / or capacity allows.
