Vice President / Senior Vice President of Marketing Location: Miami, FL (Relocation offered, Hybrid option available) Role Overview: Our client is seeking a VP/SVP of Marketing with extensive experience in building IP brands, particularly in the toy industry. The ideal candidate will have a background with leading brands like Mattel, Warner Bros, and Disney. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals Drive digital and social media marketing campaigns, launches, and partnerships Experience in community management, engagement, and growth is important Identify and capitalize on new channel opportunities Working with the Head of Growth, Community Manager, and co-founders Manage a significant marketing budget Qualifications: 8-10+ years in brand marketing Proven track record in building successful IP brands Knowledge of conventional brand strategies and conventions/trade shows Startup mindset Experience building traditional toy brands and conventional brands A basic understanding of NFTs, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency space Understanding trends, pop culture, and what resonates with the broader consumer base, especially in toys and entertainment Understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and financial acumen Living, willing to travel or relocate near Miami Compensation: $200,000+ salary, bonuses, and benefits.
