Responsibilities: Proactive Issue Resolution: Work line side within the production environment to identify and address issues that may disrupt the production team's workflow, ensuring minimal downtime. Continuous Improvement: Implement forward-thinking strategies to anticipate and resolve potential issues, contributing to ongoing improvements in production processes. Project Work: Engage in project work to address long-standing issues and identify opportunities for future improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. PPM of Production Tooling: Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance PPM on production tooling to ensure compliance with required build standards. Quality Emphasis: Place a strong emphasis on quality improvement, consistently seeking ways to enhance the overall quality of production processes. Essential Skills: SAP Experience: Proficiency in using SAP for effective management of production processes. Concession Planning: Ability to develop and execute concession plans to address deviations from standard processes.
