Job Description Production Supervisor - Fostoria, OHThis is a full-time, exempt position.Position Summary:To be effective in the position, you must rely on your experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goalsSupervise the daily activities of an operations unit's hourly personnelJob Responsibilities:Supervise the daily activities of an operations unit's hourly personnelAssist in determining workflow and schedulingImplement operational procedures, and enforce company plans, policies and rulesUsing excellent communication skills, handle worker issues honestly and directlyDetermine safe and efficient operations for the shift that is consistent with management's daily objectives.Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture by being an active participant in safety programsUnderstand and follow company safety proceduresDevelop understanding of the process and be able to troubleshootJob Requirements:Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesEngagement with Performance ExcellenceAbility to manage a diverse teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationBe active and participate in safety programsThe ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or its equivalent with 3-5 years' of experience in a supervisory roleBasic computer knowledge is helpfulPrompt attendance is a mustAbility to climb stairs, some lifting, sit and stand for long periods of time, work with heights, bending, kneeling and respirator qualifiedThe candidate must be able to work a rotating shift in a variety of environmental conditionsADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
