Job Description: Are you an experienced HR Business Partner seeking their next role within investment banking If so, we’d love to hear from you. Our client, a global investment banking company in London Canary Wharf, is recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their business on an initial 9-month contract basis to cover maternity leave. Skills/Experience: Proven HR experience at a Business Partnering level gained within financial serviceinteractionperience of working with front office clients very advantageous CIPD qualification preferred Compensation/data experience and strong numerical skills Strong Excel skills Core Responsibilities: Act as key point of contact, providing guidance and recommendations on aspects of policy and people management Advise and coach managers across a wide range of employee relations Liaise with in-house Legal advisors & Employee Relations where necessary Partner with the business and the internal recruitment team on lateral recruitment activities, including identifying and selecting appropriate sources of candidates Advise managers to ensure appropriate compensation decisions are made based upon performance, parity of awards, promotion etc Partner with the HR Data team to provide appropriate and timely management data Liaise with the business unit in relation to the requirements of the Senior Manager Certification regime and the compensation implications Advise managers on compensation structures and regulatory requirements at all levels Participate in the divisional talent ranking process for the EMEA region Manage a seamless promotion process Core-Asset Consulting is an equal opportunities.
