The Role: They are seeking a strong, structured brand manager who will use their restaurant knowledge and experience in QSR industry. The opportunity is for a strong experienced leader with a demonstrable track record of building and developing a successful QSR brand. This is a key and interesting long-term chain development project - a great role. You will be charged to work alongside the investors to : Help build the brand concept and strategy. Identify the correct restaurant locations. Recruitment and training Standard operating procedures, Health & Safety, HACCP Menu development Marketing P&L If you can speak Chinese / Mandarin that that would be advantageous though not essential.
