Job Title: Director of F&BLocation: Maldives Package: 3,500 - 5,000 per month, plus benefits I'm currently partnering with an amazing resort management company, in the Maldives, who have a number of award winning properties within their existing portfolio. The group have been at the forefront of pioneering the Maldives into one of the most sought out travel destinations it is today, and they are now actively looking for an experienced Director of F&B to join on of their flagship properties. This will be a circa 200 room property, with circa 10 F&B ourlets, which has been recognised nationally, regionally, & globally as one of the leading luxury travel resorts. In short, you'll be responsible for driving operational success across the resort, through managing all F&B operations. We're looking for someone who lives & breathes hospitality as welll as someone who is very big on learning & development - as you'll be expected to lead your teams with excellence, provide the necessary guidance & training, as well as fostering a real culture of achievement. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background successfully operating within remote/luxury island resorts, and will have a strong commercial accumen too - as you'll be heavily involved in the financial side of the business. Responsibilities: Prioritize workplace safety, adhering to strict regulations to ensure a secure environment for our team. Uphold exceptional service and cleanliness standards across all outlets, aligned with resort expectations. Efficiently manage beverage inventory, addressing shortages promptly and offering suitable alternatives. Delegate operational tasks effectively, ensuring efficient performance through guidance and follow-up. Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene practices, implementing corrective measures as necessary. Oversee maintenance issues, guaranteeing prompt resolution to uphold our service quality.
