Increasing to £23,464 from 1st April 2024. Home, a place where you belong This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management worker to join our team here in Millom. As our Housing and Property Guru, you’ll support our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts. Working with the care team on site, you will connect with your customers and provide activities and ideas to ensure Duddon Mews is a great place to live. Typical day as a Housing Management Worker Customer group - Extra care/older persons. Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around vacant properties within set timescales. You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure we’re compliant. You’ll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better?
