This position requires a passionate individual capable of assuming a clinical leadership role within the mental health service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-standard clinical services with a focus on individual performance and leadership within a multidisciplinary team. Provide a professional medical service following Mental Health Clinical Program guidelines and relevant policies. Engage in teaching and guidance for medical students, registrars, and allied health professionals. Actively participate in clinical audit, quality, safety, and clinical risk management activities. Contribute to research and continuous medical education initiatives. Rotation in on-call roster and out-of-hours work as required.
