Design and Maintenance Support Hours of w ork will be 9-5pm, 5 days per week. Job role in brief: To support the Design and Maintenance teams in meeting the needs and expectations of our customers both internal and external through efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities: To provide day to day support to all areas of the Timpson Group including branch colleagues, Area Teams, excellence centres along with external suppliers and contractors assisting with any design or maintenance need. Provide administrative support through email, updating the reporting and helpdesk systems and maintaining stock levels on GP. Seeking efficient and cost effective solutions at all times whilst meeting the expectations of customers. Undertake or assist in project work as and when required It's important to take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy environment by regularly picking up litter Be kind; seeking opportunities to deliver random acts of kindness each day Requirements of the role 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably within Maintenance administration and logging requests to contractors. Able to prioritise workload and think on your feet. Experienced in Microsoft Office and Excel Work as a part of a team with an outgoing personality. Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ for our customers.
