Job Title: Quanity Surveyor Location: North Kent Contract: Full time, permanent (Monday to Friday) Salary: GBP65,000 + car allowance and package Key Responsibilities As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing the commercial resources and project teams on the assigned project, using your commercial expertise and wealth of knowledge you will maximise the cashflow and margin as well as backssing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks. What do we need from you? Previous experience working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed: use projects valued up to GBP20m. We will also need you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience, have proven experience in a similar role and be an excellent communicator.
