Dynamic Real Estate Company is seeking a motivated individual to conduct outbound Customer Service/Inside Sales phone calls. If you enjoy talking on the phone, helping people and building rapport...this is the job for you! Here's what we're offering: Full-time and/or Part-time flexible hours Weekend work is OK $10 - $15 hour compensation with bonuses! Training is offered Prior real estate experience not necessary, but would be helpful Prior sales experience is valuable, but will train the right person This job is NOT cold calling. Potential clients have submitted their interest in properties, either buying or selling their homes, through our website. Your job is to contact the client, identify their needs and then hand over to a licensed real estate agent in the office.
