This means we work very closely with our franchise operators in providing support and guidance in achieving that presence in the community and promoting the Skyline brand. Our Franchise Business Advisor is a key driver in the business relationship between the franchisee and the Skyline system, providing a primary resource and support system. They provide advice as it relates to the management and general business operations of our franchisees. They help deliver franchise success by driving sales and profits while building relationships to develop the trust of each supported operator. We are seeking an experienced restaurant operations professional to manage the business relationship between our franchises and the corporate office. We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor s degree and 4-7 years prior experience in restaurant operational experience including at least 18-24 months as a successful DM. The ideal candidate will have held a similar role as franchise business advisor with a proven track record of meeting operational goals and building sales and profitability in the restaurant industry. Strong leadership, communication, business planning and training skills are needed. Must be available and flexible for extended periods of travel as needed.
