Consumer Engagement Marketing Manager Job Description About You We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager who can effectively translate vision for our brands into effective marketing plans and that can drive creative and strategic progress by challenging how to be bolder and braver to deliver results The Marketing Manager Brand Activation & PESO (paid, earned, shared, owned media) is responsible for leading the planning, creation and deployment of our annual brand plans to create disproportionate business impact, across the full consumer ecosystem. This specialist and vital role will drive new ways of connecting with our consumers and build the future of our brands through innovative new marketing plans & solutions, across the full portfolio of UK brands (c. $900M retail sales ). The individual must be able to understand and translate consumer & business insights into impactful and effective marketing comms strategies, drive measurable brand outcomes and galvanise others as our marketing vision comes to life. The role will embody the core values of our marketing vision and this individual will need to lead the activation team to achieve this ambition in both behaviours & outcomes. The role will lead a team to deploy high impact marketing plans across brands which will be integral to the growth and success of the UK business. A key component of this will be having responsibility for alignment to the overarching brand strategies across brands in both the planning & execution of the plans. You will work closely with the other team members and multi functional teams, to ensure that we build strong, consistent and clear brands over a number of years, incorporating innovation, communication tasks and portfolio changes.
