We have a rewarding opportunity for a Deputy Local Service Manager to join our management team at Longford Road in a temporary role for up to 8 months. Longford Road offers a mix of short: term, accommodation: based support to adults experiencing mental health issues. Closely supporting the Local Service Manager, you will play a vital role in the delivery of a high: quality service that meets with all legislative and organisational requirements. You will use your communication skills to work with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcome for our customers. The role is varied and interesting, and we are looking for the right applicants to complement our team. We support people to maintain a tenancy and assist with recovery by using the Well: being Star and Young Person's Star, which are highly regarded tools for supporting with recovery and move on, respectively. The Well: Being Star is used by the NHS and many other organisations.
