We thrive on passion and innovation and are looking for great people, with great ideas, who want to build the next big thing and develop while they do.*This role is based in our Needham, MA headquarters and is HYBRIDReporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Planning Operations, this position collaborates with cross functional teams to drive the standardization and processes of the Strategic Sales and Analytics while managing POS insights, market strategy, and pricing recommendations for key accounts. This role will look for the smoke and light up targets around the health of the business, category, and market opportunities. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated team member who operates with urgency, escalate risks to senior management and drives resolutions. Our Program Managers build bridges between the cross functional teams and are seen as the glue that holds the team together by owning communication streams across all groups. Responsibilities Collaborates with other functions to actively facilitate the interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to bring products to market, including managing risks, and schedule Collaborate with teams to ensure that the go to market strategy will provide high rate of sales with flawlessly executed launches Make use of KPI's and data to help drive decision making across the cross-functional teams Identify program risks, develop mitigation/contingency and track progress Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take steps necessary to highlight/remedy Process Center of Excellence for the Strategic Sales and Analytics organization Establish global best practices and document in playbooks Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years Program management experience Experience desired in some combination of commercialization, sales analytics, new product launches or program management Assertive, confident, capable Strong influence skills Able to cultivate a high performing team delivering results Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Experienced addressing C-Suite, Peer Functional Groups, and Customer audiences Cross-functional leadership skills Possess a strong bias to action and accountability Intermediate/working level skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PPT, Visio, SmartSheet High energy, with a positive attitude Detail oriente #LI-HYBRIDAt SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are vital to our global success.
