Director of Operations Caldera Medical’s Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women! Caldera Medical is actively seeking a Director of Operations to support Caldera Medical’s rapid growth. This role is a critical member of the management team. Qualifications: 10 years of experience; must have direct experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering 4 years of management experience in supply chain, manufacturing or engineering Experience on product development teams Experience scaling up manufacturing/supply chain BS Degree in Engineering Responsibilities: Drive new product development using agile product development methodologies Lead product development, manufacturing, & supply chain teams Scale up operations departments to support growth Integrate acquisitions into Caldera’s operations structure Monitor inventory levels and implement effective demand forecasting and inventory management processes to prevent backorders Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve milestones within defined constraints Collaborate with peers to drive alignment around and achievement of company objectives Develop and implement strategies to meet COGS targets Ensure supply chain and manufacturing capacity exceeds demand Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Problem-solving Critical thinking Strong written and verbal communication Sense of urgency Continuous improvement Leadership presence Scaling up operations Competitive Compensation: $210,000 Base Salary 30% Variable Comp Basic Life and AD&D Unlimited Vacation 6 Weeks of Paid Maternity Leave Medical / Dental Benefits – 75% paid for employees and family members 401(k) with 4% matching contributions
