This brilliant business is now looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team in Poole, Dorset You will be responsible for developing and implementing a Customer Service strategy, ensuring administration, commercial, and technical teams are aligned to end customer demands. Key responsibilities as Customer Relationship Manager: - Nurture, train, and develop the team to improve their personal performance and help them individually contribute towards the company objectives collectively. - Act as a senior escalation point for customers and internal account teams - Be the subsidiary support for one of the three development Regions US, Europe, or Asia - Build long-term relationships with subsidiaries, assisting with revenue growth and helping the footprint grow Globally. - Review current strategies and make recommendations that will result in the improvement in our service quality. - Ensure that connections between the business and subsidiaries exist, bringing the relevant parties from each organization together into strategic meetings. - Work closely with all Engineering and Project personnel who have interfaces with your clients. - Maintain High levels of health and safety compliance.
