This role aims to secure new business within a specified region, leveraging both direct outreach and inbound leads generated by marketing efforts. The role targets engaging with regional businesses that fit our ideal customer profile, making use of the extensive network across the UK. Key Responsibilities Prospecting: Identify and maintain a proactive list of at least 20 potential clients matching our ideal colocation services profile. Client Engagement: Employ a consultative approach to connect with key decision-makers, pinpointing and addressing their specific needs with our tailored solutions. Sales Process Oversight: Manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement. Targeted Outreach: Perform focused regional outreach to potential clients within a 50km radius of our data centres via social media, email, and direct calls. Presentation and Networking: Conduct impactful presentations to potential clients and partake in networking events to elevate our market presence. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with various teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and integration. Lead Management: Efficiently handle inbound inquiries, converting them into tangible sales opportunities. Flexibility to adapt to evolving job demands as required. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information. Remain open to role adjustments to reflect organisational changes and objectives.
