HR Administrator A GBP 23k: A GBP 26k + private healthcare, death in service, annual performance bonus Location: Portsmouth : Hybrid role (3 days in office) Our client, a leading provider of construction equipment solutions, is seeking a skilled and detail: oriented HR Administrator to join their team. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, this role is integral to supporting the human resources function and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. If you are proficient in mathematics, highly organized, and have a passion for supporting employees in a dynamic work environment, they want to hear from you Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain accurate and up: to: date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Utilize mathematical skills to analyze and interpret HR metrics and prepare reports for management review. Recruitment Support : Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, posting job advertisements, and liaising with candidates. Calculate and manage recruitment: related expenses such as travel reimbursements and recruitment agency fees. Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process. Calculate and process employee terminations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Assist employees with benefits: related inquiries and facilitate enrolment processes. Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Verify timesheets, calculate overtime, and address any payroll discrepancies in accordance with company policies.
