Job Description: As a Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling genuine company parts to their valued customers. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of construction machinery, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities for parts within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new prospects. Provide expert product knowledge and technical assistance to customers regarding parts, ensuring they have the right solutions for their needs. Collaborate with the Parts Manager to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals to customers. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using their CRM system. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in parts sales within the construction equipment.
