Quantity Surveyor Esinteraction Tier 1 contractor Are you looking for a new role as the Quantity Surveyor? Look no further as my client is looking for a QS to join their construction team in Esinteraction. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on build projects in the Esinteraction area for a large and well respected Tier 1 contractor. Salary: GBPup to 65k + package + career progression Start Date: Immediate Responsibilities will include: Managing all aspects of the contractual side to the project. Carrying out cost analysis. Monitoring cost variations and writing reports. Allocating work to subcontractors and making payments. Ensuring the project does not exceed the budget. Requirements: Experience in a similar role. Excellent numeracy. Intermediate user of Excel and good use of other Microsoft packages. Prior experience as the Surveyor with a main contractor.
