The Payroll Manager Role: People are at the core of Corndel, and we are looking for a great Payroll Manager to join the People/Finance team to play a key role ensuring the effective and smooth running our payroll processes and support us to evolve our employee offer and experience at Corndel. We are looking for an experienced Standalone Payroll Manager, who will manage the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll operations and help us evolve our service to be fit for purpose as the business continues to grow and expand. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness to enable us to pay and reward our people and ensure we meet our compliance and regulatory responsibilities. This role will also play a critical role in the ongoing improvement of our people processes and in extending the employee offer that is supported through the payroll process, such as the introduction of salary sacrifice benefits.
