Primary Responsibility The Quality Assurance Specialist has responsibility for reviewing executed batch records and participates in the activities related to product release, documentation control/issuing, Quality investigations, CAPA, raw material, in-process and final product release, and product inspection and line clearance. The Quality Assurance Specialist will also lead continuous improvement initiatives with regard to CMC, quality system, manufacturing operation in order to increase compliance to c GMP and knowledge of the Stevenage team. The Quality Assurance Specialist also support with Doc Control activities. Key Responsibilities Conducts review of executed batch records for vector lots on behalf of Quality Assurance. Opens, review and approve deviations and investigations as appropriate; provides evidence of document closing at time of product disposition. Assures all Quality events, change controls, CAPAs and/or other required documentation related to the product lots are completed and closed prior to material/lot release. Prepares certificates of compliance (Co C) and certificates of analysis (Co A) for products Evaluates analytical results against approved specifications to determine compliance; releases material for use and/or provides an appropriate disposition for products.
