Interim HR Advisor (9 month fixed term contract)Birmingham GBP 35,000 A nationally established Facilities Management organisation is seeking an interim HR Advisor for an initial period of 9 months with a chance of this then being extended or made permanent. Working within this fast paced and complex business you will be part of an existing HR function within a business that is going through growth and change. With this in mind, the role will focus on supporting a range of change activity including TUPE in and out, acquisitions, redundancies etc, and as such you will have experience of having been involved in these aspects of HR. Working closely with a HR Business Partner you will assist on this change activity, overseeing the administrative and transactional aspects of this. To be considered for this role you will be: Able to commit to a 9 month fixed term contract. A confident HR professional eager and confident to get involved in issues that you may not have had exposure to previously. Happy to be based in an office location 3 days per week.
