What would I be doing? Record and allocate accounts payable transactions Record various accounts receivable items Assist in reporting and reconciliations Assist in preparing journal entries Complete various administrative and data entry type tasks Other duties may be assigned What does winning look like? Quickly and accurately record applicable information and transactions Assist members of the accounting department with various projects Contribute to company culture by learning and upholding core values What skills does it take to win? Hard working and fast paced Being a learner; being teachable Organized and detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be comfortable using technology, both with different computer programs as well as using technology in general What will my schedule look like? Approximately 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday We may be able to be flexible, depending on your availability and business needs How will I be compensated? As a part-time, internship opportunity, this is a paid, hourly position.
