Banquet Manager - Caribbean Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + Work Permit + Relocation + Housing + Health + Service Charge Location: Turks & Caicos Renowned for its luxury estate developments, our client is currently searching for a driven individual to fill the role of Banquet Manager to oversee 3 units You will lead and create a memorable experience by overseeing all banquet operations. Responsibilities: Ensures satisfaction of banquet guests by supervising and coordinating banquet personnel Ensures room is set up in accordance with guest specifications by supervising set-up staff and inspecting room Conduct function review with guest; make adjustments as needed Manages, oversees and monitors complete banquet operations in 3 resorts Support and develop employee engagement and training Ideal banquet Manager:2–3 years experience in similar role, multi unit experience preferred Caribbean and luxury hotel experience an asset Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability and cost control A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations Strong Leadership and Communication skills If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today danny@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
