Property Director Location: Turks & Caicos Salary: 78,000Perks: Quarterly incentives + Benefits + 401k + PTO + Relocation Assistance + Temporary Accommodation The Company: I have teamed up with a leading provider of resort services. They are on the lookout for an experienced Property Director to oversee operations at a luxury property on the Turks & Caicos Islands. Responsibilities of Property Director: Lead all guest facing operations and watersports at the property, including vendor guest satisfaction, financial performance and vendor relationships Cultivate and foster relationships with the hotel management team, creating a collaborative environment Collaborate effectively with all teams to ensure seamless execution of operations and events Recruit and develop high performing managers and staff Ensure all staff are supported and fully trained in their jobs to ensure operational excellence Oversee the department’s cost controls and budgets Manage retail inventory and ensure retails sales targets are met/exceeded Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance operations and optimise sales Role Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel Watersports experience is an advantage Serves as a positive representative of the brand and its values both within and beyond the organization Strong business acumen A keen eye for maintaining high guest satisfaction Exhibits exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills Degree from an accredited university is a plus Flexible and willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends This is an incredible opportunity, please send your updated resume to Danny today / danny@About COREcruitment: COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
