We are looking for a Problem Analyst to work within one of the UK’s largest gaming providers. We are looking for a Problem Analyst to work within one of the UK’s largest gaming providers. This role focuses on product quality, looking to reduce operational burden & cost and improve product stability & availability. The right Problem Analyst will look to achieve product quality through a combination of data interrogation, fault reproduction, and root cause analysis. working closely with product management, developers, and infrastructure teams, as well as account management and customers. The company are adopting a hybrid working pattern and offering 2 days per week working from home, however, this will be dependent on workload and commitments. Although there are offices based throughout the UK the successful candidate will be based at the office in the centre of Burton, close to public transport links and also offers ample parking Key Requirements: Understanding of program languageinteractionperience in gathering data and translating these into graphs to show findings Great analytical skills and thinking Excellent communication skills, the ability to translate technical information into laymens terminteractioncellent customer service skills Desirable requirements: Proficiency in Programming languages such as Perl, Java, and C/C++Sound knowledge of Linux, SSH,.
