Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise on: site construction activities related to water scheme development. Implement engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Collaborate with project stakeholders, contractors, and local authorities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that may arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in water scheme or water infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of water engineering principles, construction methods, and materials. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
